At KadoBarsOfficial, we ship 100% authentic Kado Bar products fast from our USA warehouse. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order. You must be 21+ to purchase. All orders are age verified.

Important: Orders are not processed until payment clears and age verification is complete. Failed age verification will delay or cancel your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships with tracking info.

Business Days: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST. We do not ship on weekends or USPS holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship to all 50 US states where it is legal. Some states restrict online vape sales. If your state is restricted, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or address issues. Once your package is with USPS/UPS, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Signature Requirement: Due to PACT Act rules, an adult signature (21+) may be required on delivery for some states. The carrier will attempt delivery 3 times. If undeliverable, the package returns to us, and you will be charged reshipment fees.

3. PACT Act & Age Verification Compliance

Federal law requires age verification for all nicotine product shipments.

  1. At Delivery: USPS/UPS may require a 21+ adult with a valid ID to sign. Make sure someone 21+ is available at the shipping address.
  2. No PO Boxes: We cannot ship vape products to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses per carrier rules.

If age verification fails, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus processing fees.

4. Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 states except where prohibited by law. If your order ships to a restricted area, we will cancel and issue a full refund.

We do not ship internationally. USA only.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package at USPS.com or UPS.com.

If tracking shows “Delivered,” but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors
  2. Check around your property/mailbox
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  4. If still missing after 48 hours, email support@kadobarsofficial.com

We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure address or using signature confirmation.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If there are no tracking updates for 10+ days, contact us. We’ll file a claim and reship or refund after the carrier investigation.

Damaged in Transit

Take photos of the box + product. Email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace defective items per our refund policy.

Stolen After Delivery

Not covered. File a police report and contact the carrier. We suggest signature confirmation for high-value orders.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  1. If an address error is caught before shipment, contact us ASAP. We will update at no charge.
  2. If the package ships to the wrong address, If returned to us, we refund the product cost minus shipping. To reship, you pay new shipping fees.
  3. If delivered to the wrong address, we cannot refund or replace. Contact the carrier.

8. Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Sales

  1. 21+ Only: We do not sell to anyone under 21. All orders are age verified.
  2. No Resale: Products are for personal use only. Bulk orders may be cancelled.
  3. State Laws: You are responsible for knowing your state/local vape laws. We comply with all regulations.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change your order? Email support@kadobarsofficial.com immediately with your order number.

We can only cancel/change orders before they ship. Once a label is created, we cannot stop shipment. If you refuse delivery, the package will return to us, and you’ll be charged return shipping + a restocking fee.
