Refund & Returns Policy – KadoBarsOfficial.com

Thank you for shopping at KadoBarsOfficial. We want our customers to be satisfied with every Kado Bar purchase. Please read this policy carefully. All sales of vape products are subject to age verification and federal/state law.

You must be 21+ to purchase. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.

1. 30-Day Defective Product Guarantee

Due to the nature of vape products and federal/state health regulations, we cannot accept returns of used or opened disposable vapes for refund or exchange unless the product is defective.

We will replace or refund your product if it arrives with the following issues:

  1. Dead on Arrival (DOA): Battery will not activate or charge
  2. Leaking: E-liquid leaking from sealed packaging or an unused device
  3. Defective: No vapor production, burnt taste on first use, or major malfunction
  4. Damaged in Shipping: The package arrived visibly damaged, and the product is unusable
  5. Wrong Item Shipped: You received a different flavor/model than ordered

We can not accept returns if:

  1. You used the product and no longer like the flavor
  2. You changed your mind after opening the package
  3. The product is empty – disposables are not refillable
  4. Damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or tampering
  5. The package was delivered and shows “Delivered” by the carrier, but you claim non-receipt – see Section 4

2. How to Request a Return/Replacement

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report a defective or wrong item.

Steps:

  1. Email support@kadobarsofficial.com with subject “Defective Order #____”
  2. Include: Order number, photos/video of the issue, and description of the problem
  3. Do not ship anything back until we approve your claim. We may resolve by video/photo.
  4. If approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost OR issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Important: For safety reasons, do not return used vape devices unless we send you a prepaid label. Most claims are resolved without a return.

Refunds go to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except if we shipped the wrong item or the item was defective.

4. Shipping Issues, Lost or Stolen Packages

  1. Order Tracking: All orders include tracking. You are responsible for monitoring delivery.
  2. Delivered” but Not Received: Contact the carrier first. If marked delivered to your address, we cannot issue a refund. We recommend shipping to a secure address. Signature confirmation available on request.
  3. Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier and reship or refund after investigation.
  4. Wrong Address: If you entered the wrong shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will refund the product cost minus the original shipping. Reshipment requires a new shipping payment.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order for a full refund before it ships. Once the label is created or the package is with the carrier, we can not cancel. Contact support@kadobarsofficial.com immediately with your order number.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned if opened or used:

  1. All disposable vapes and pods – Kado Bar Drip, NI40K, Snap, Rizz
  2. E-liquids or nicotine products
  3. Clearance or final sale items marked “Non-Returnable.”

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days for store credit only, subject to approval. The customer pays return shipping.

7. Warranty

Kado Bar products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of delivery. This does not cover normal depletion of e-liquid/battery, misuse, or accidental damage.

8. State Law & PACT Act Compliance

We comply with the PACT Act and all state vape shipping laws. Some states restrict online vape sales. If your order is cancelled due to state law, you will receive a full refund. We do not ship to prohibited addresses.
