  1. How do I place an order?
    Add products to cart, checkout, and complete age verification. You’ll get an order confirmation email. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking.
  2. Why do I need to verify my age?
    Federal law requires age verification for all nicotine sales. We use secure third-party systems to confirm you’re 21+. If auto-verification fails, we’ll request a photo ID. Orders cannot ship until verified.
  3. Can I cancel or change my order?
    Yes, but only before it ships. Email support@kadobarsofficial.com with your order number ASAP. Once a label is created, we cannot cancel or change it.
  4. Do you have an account login?
    Yes. Creating an account lets you track orders and reorder faster. Accounts are 21+ only.

    Yes. 100% authentic Kado Bar products only. We source directly from authorized distributors. Every device has a QR code/verification code you can check on Kado Bar’s official site. No clones, no fakes.
  2. What Kado Bar models do you sell?
    We stock all major lines: Kado Bar Drip 50K, NI40K Ice+Nic Control, Snap 2.0 Pod System, Rizz 25K, and KB10000. Inventory rotates based on new releases.
  3. How many puffs do I really get?
    Puff counts like “50K” are lab estimates. Actual puffs depend on how long and hard you inhale. Heavy users will get fewer. Drip 50K = ∼50,000 puffs, NI40K = ∼40,000 puffs, etc.
  4. My vape tastes burnt. Is it defective?
    If it tastes burnt on the first few puffs, it’s likely defective. If it happens after days of use, the e-liquid is probably empty. Contact support with Order # + video within 7 days for defects.
  5. Do you sell e-liquid or pods separately?
    We sell Kado Bar Snap pods and disposables only. We do not sell refillable e-liquid bottles.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. How long does shipping take?
    Processing: 1-2 business days after age verification. Shipping: 3-7 business days Standard, 2-4 Priority, 1-2 Express. Business days = Mon-Fri, no weekends/holidays.
  2. Do you ship to my state?
    We ship to all 50 states where it is legal. Some states ban online vape sales. If your state is restricted, your order will be auto-cancelled and refunded. See our Shipping Policy for the current list.
  3. Will I need to sign for my package?
    Possibly. Due to PACT Act rules, carriers may require an adult 21+ with ID to sign. Make sure someone 21+ is home. Failed delivery attempts return to us.
  4. Can you ship to PO Boxes?
    No. USPS/UPS prohibit vape shipments to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Use a physical street address.
  5. My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t get it.
    Check with household members, neighbors, and around your property first. Then contact the carrier. We’re not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by USPS/UPS. We recommend shipping to a secure address.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  1. What’s your return policy?
    Due to health laws, we cannot accept returns of used/opened vapes unless defective. If your device is DOA, leaking, or defective out of the box, contact us within 7 days with photos/video. See Refund Policy.
  2. Can I return it if I don’t like the flavor?
    No. All flavor sales are final once opened for health/sanitation reasons. Read descriptions and reviews before buying.
  3. Do Kado Bars have a warranty?
    Yes, 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects from delivery date. Does not cover empty devices, misuse, or damage from drops/water.
  4. How do I get a replacement?
    Email support@kadobarsofficial.com with Order #, issue description, and photo/video. If approved, we ship a replacement free or refund you. Do not send anything back until we tell you to.

Payment & Pricing

  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and secure. We do not store full card numbers.
  2. Why was my card declined?
    Most declines are due to billing address mismatch, bank fraud filters, or failed age verification. Contact your bank or try a different card. We don’t see the reason for bank declines.
  3. Do you offer discounts or coupons?
    Yes. Sign up for email/SMS to get codes. We also run sitewide sales. One code per order.
  4. Is there sales tax?
    Yes. We collect sales tax based on your shipping state as required by law.

Age & Legal

  1. Is it legal to buy vapes online?
    Yes, for adults 21+ in states that allow it. We comply with the PACT Act, FDA, and all state laws. You are responsible for knowing your local laws.
  2. Will my information be shared?
    No. We don’t sell your data. Age verification data is only used to comply with law and deleted after verification unless required for records. See Privacy Policy.
  3. Can I buy it for someone else?
    No. The person signing for the package must be the same 21+ person who placed the order. Gifting to minors is illegal.
